Google is a multinational technology company best known for its search engine, which is the most widely used in the world. Founded in 1998 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin, Google has expanded its operations to include a wide range of products and services. These include advertising (Google Ads), cloud computing (Google Could), mobile operating systems (Android), hardware (Pixel devices, Nest), and productivity software (Google Workspace). Google also owns YouTube, the largest video-sharing platform.

How do they make money?
Advertising: Google makes it easy for advertisers to create text, image, video and other interactive ads that run on Google’s various platforms and devices to build brand awareness and engagement with advertisers’ products and services. This category is Google’s largest revenue source.
Google Cloud: Google Cloud generates revenues primarily from consumption-based fees and subscriptions for infrastructure, platform, applications, and other cloud services. Customers use Google Cloud in multiple ways such as: AI-optimized infrastructure, Developer Platform, Cybersecurity, Data and Analytics, and Applications.
Other Google Services:
Consumer Subscriptions: revenue from YouTube services, such as YouTube TV, YouTube Music and Premium, and NFL Sunday Ticket, as well as Google One
Platforms: revenue from Google Play sales of apps and-in app purchases
Devices: sales of the Pixel family of devices
